Finally got my PC (Proficiency Cert) – a PC is a certificate that is given out by academies or golf course/range to certify that the player has the proper etiquette and knows the rules of the game.

Wait!! Before you start commenting, they also require the player to be able to properly ‘hit’ the ball.
